1929 Farm Wagon

This is an original Buckboard Farm wagon  bought in Charleston SC in the winter of 1928-1929. It was bought new and then maintained by our neighbor's father and then passed on to our neighbor who is now in his early 90's. It is in beautiful condition and was used a Civil and Revolutionary war reenactments' as well as in parades. It has provenance. The wheels (metal and wood) have always been stored off the ground on wood planks and rubber. It takes two horses to drive, but is very light. It comes with 2 draft horse harnesses with brass fittings. Both harnesses are in good to excellent condition $5,500.00   or  Best Offer.

 

 

 

WWI German Silver Calvary Crop.

This crop was a member of our team's Grandfather's who served in the German army in WWI. He was a heart surgeon on the front lines. It is made of wood and Silver, (European 800) and is richly inlayed. This piece has provenance. $2,200.00 or Best Offer.

Civil War Cavalry Saddle

This Cavalry Saddle was owned by a member's great great uncle. In needs work, but is a historic piece with provenance. Comes with a C.S. brass buckle, and the name of the original owner. Needs work. $500.00 or Best Offer.

1800's Natural Freshwater Pearl and Old Mine Cut Diamond Ring.

This ring has a 7 x 8 mm (4 Karats +) Natural Freshwater pearl. On either side are Old Mine Cut Diamonds totaling .75 karats. The diamonds are H1 vvs1 in clarity and color and perfection. They shimmer like the sun, FIRE ! and the pearl is simply gorgeous! Very rare piece with provenance. The ring size is 6.75 set in 18 karat gold.  $2,600 or Best Offer.

Hand Blown Glass Beads, Custom Beaded Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets. $15 to $75

These photos do not do them justice. That is because Carl dropped the "big gun" camera, while we were overseas, not like attempted theft can't happen here. Unfortunately Carl was busy getting his nose broken by a would-be thief who was actually trying to steal said camera. $1,000 to fix, which we don't have.

Prices vary. Opals in glass are $40, custom necklace with opals are $75. Typically most small beads are $15, specialized (like glow-in-the-dark) are $20, un-beaded. Custom beaded pieces are to personal and color preferences and prices will be arranged between the purchaser and beader by e-mail. 

Most are made with natural elements; silver, turquoise, sea-glass, shells, stones, etc. Hemp necklaces and bracelets as well, and custom eyeglass holders. Special icicle series, flower series, opal series, planet series and Christmas ornaments made with blown silver and gold in them. Pinks and yellows are gold, blues and pastel (especially in beads) are silver . Specialized beaded hats, and wirework as well.

                 

 

 

Antique (mid-1800's) Masai African Ceremonial Shield.

This piece is a museum quality antique brought over by a member's great Grandfather in the early 1800's.  It is made of wood and Cape buffalo hide, with soil derived coloring. Beautiful piece with provenance. It is 24" tall x 17" wide. $1,700 or Best Offer.

 

 WWII Japanese Destroyer Naval Compass.

This museum quality compass was given to August Karl von Muggenthaler by U.S. Admiral Oscar C. Badger. The YUKIKAZE was built in 1940 and served in the battles of Java Sea, Kula Gulf, Santa Cruz, Bismarck Sea, Guadalcanal, Marianas and Ten Go. Her name in English means "Snow Wind." She was one of only 17 out of 174 Japanese destroyers to survive the war. Snow Wind was realistically considered unsinkable by her crews. She was eventually handed over to Nationalist China. 2,000 tons, 364x35x11, 6-5", 8-21" (24") tt multiple flack, 36kts.

The compass measures 16 inches in circumference with the attached ballast holder to keep it steady in heavy seas. Without the ballast holder it measures 13 inches in circumference. $4,700.00 or Best Offer.

 

 

 

 

Antique Stamp Collection

This stamp collection came from a great uncle handed down to an aunt. The earliest stamp is from the late 1700's. Over 100 stamps in all. We were told there is an "Argentinean 49" in the collection (whatever that means.) $500.00 or Best Offer.
